the othe nigh there was a pretty huge spider in our bathroom ( its that time or year isnt it?) and whilst i am not keen at all i managed to saty calm and draw its attention to MrB,and toddled off to bed. said to him next morning "did you get rid of that spider ok?" and he said "nah, i just let it wander off" so now it might come back, stupid men!!

So is it crispy pancakes all round for lunch then??

I was determined to only marry a man who wasn't scared of spiders ... but I failed :( But he can get close enough to squish them with a shoe though :heartpump: :)

Ooo crispy pancakes. I used to love them when I was a kid.

I hate spiders and we get totally overrun with them on the boat - big ******* as well! DH is totally phobic so I am having to deal with them a lot of the time. We have got a spray but it smells disgusting.

OMG!!! stop all this talk of spiders they make me feel physically sick,my oh isnt the greatest at getting rid of them either so its the hoover

every time for me twiggs but i also have a dyson type & i cant look through the plastic for fear of seeing it wriggle!

Crispy pancakes always remind me of student food! but if so low in points may give em a whirl as they do look really tatsy! x
 
hope you had a really good day today - have you done your running yet I have bid on a book on ebay and will be starting (on the rebounder) after my holiday - knees permitting :)

hope you had a really good 100% day yet again :)
 
Evening

Yep - did my running, and it was slightly easier I think :) My breathing has definitely improved, but the legs still kill ... but it wasn't as bad as I thought.

DH is making dinner for me now .... only Chicken Caesar salad, but nice to be waited on :)

It's our 5th wedding anniversary on Friday :candledinner: so we're off out for drinkies and dinner ... so will be saving points for that after WI :)

Not that there are any cobwebs about but we always get loads of very big spiders aww i just catch em in a pint glass and kindly show them the door!!!LOL...

Well done wiv the running again and good luck for tomoz i am waiting with baited breath for this result...:D

I wish I could get close enough to put a glass over them - don't feel good killing them - but it's them or me I'm afraid lol

omg - wasn't in norfolk was it this Cobweb Cottage - its where my friend lives who I lodged with for 6 months when I moved back here from Essex - and yes there was lots of cobwebs.............

Morning all

Well it's WI day at last ... How comes when you're being bad WI day zooms towards you, but if you're being good it takes forever ?!

Anyway - hoping for at least ... actually no won't say it and jinx myself lol

Had another 100% day yesterday, plus the running. Will be 100% day today - until WI, and will then have chippies and chocolate :D

Then back to 100% Thursday - quite enjoying it!!!

Anyway - I got in to work 40 mins ago and have done bugger all - so better crack on!

Will try and pop back during the day, if not will report WI results Tonight :scale:
