Morning all

Feeling great today - funny how just one 100% day has that effect on me :D

Well the run yesterday was slightly easier, so hopefully Week 2 won't kill me :D I have a rest day today, but may pay Maya a visit if I have time after the garage and housework!!

Today's plan is within points, but a little naughty

Breakfast - Crunchy nut cornflakes and Milk - 4.5
Lunch - not sure, but no more than 5 points
Dinner - Fish, mash and beans - 8.5
Vodka - ahem points

So that's a total of 25.5 of 26 points :D

Right - off to the Mini garage ... Have a great day all

morning ,hope you have a great day x x :). do you not find if you have a few voddies you get peckish. i know when i have my drink (bacardi and coke )on a sunday i end up starving at end of night lol.

girl after my own heart - my tipple is wine though - if ya can build in into the points then all the better - bring it on xx

IN THE ZONE

Morning all

Sorry I wasn't around yesterday, was in Bristol with DH and the stepkids ... stuck to the diet as I made sure we went to Nando's and had their amazing Chicken Ceasar salad for 10 points :)

And even after 2 games of bowling and trudging round the shops for 4 hours, I still did 30 mins of walking on the treadmill which was the last session of Week 1 of my learn to run programme.

Week 2 started today ... run 1 minute, walk 2 minutes - repeat 5 times ..... and OMG I'm typing this as a dead person - but I did it!!!!!! Scales are showing a good loss so far this week, so hope it doesn't change.

Off to Sha's for lunch today, so at least I know it will be totally pointable. Geez who know this 100% lark was so easy (note to self to come back and read that when I'm struggling again .. probably later today knowing me lol).


I've decided to make a collage of pictures of all the things my weight stops me doing (even if that's just in my mind) .. like going on roller coasters, swimming with dolphins etc and things like airplaine seats (always scared I won't fit!) skinny jeans, knee high boots - you get the picture and put the collage on wall in front of the treadmill :D

Anyway off to catch up with some diaries while my wonderful DH cooks me a 6 pointed bacon sandwich!!!

Hi twiggs well done on keeping up all the exercise..ive managed the power plate twice this week(hangs head in shame)

All those things that will go on your collage sound v familiar(are we talking florida?)..just think how fantastic it would be if next time you go you could be doing them!
Remind me when you are going again hun..im already planning clothes to buy/ wear as i had to chuck everything i wore last time as now they are too big thank god! Im excited already!
As for knee high boots well i havnt managed to squeeze my massive calves in them for quite a while!

Well Twigs that had been an excellent few days and voddies incuded how good is that?

Now my treadmill arrived yesterday and i just wanted to check this running malarky isn't compulsory is it? I've fast walked for 10 mins and used 55 calories so far..it was only a test drive. So all respect to you for the running.

Yep - Florida :D Planning on going September/October next year .... and just the thought of all their shops is inspiration enough :D

Hi M .... had my treadmill about a year before I started the running, or even walked with an incline - so plenty of time for you yet :D
