Typical Weight Loss on Dukan

Don't limit yourself if you wouldn't normally, just give your body time to adjust to the diet first ie in week 1.

I was only doing one personal traing session a week when I started and a few other things. It was after about a month on the diet that I really went all out on working-out :) I try to fit as much in as possible but I make sure to have 2 days of rest, usually the weekend, but even on a rest day we'll do stuffing like kayaking or hiking especailly seen as the weather is improving :D
