Done 70 mins of walking today, feel proud of myself but think I got shin splints towards the end
it hurt to walk.
Eaten all my points today and feeling guilty for it, mostly because the scales say I haven't lost any weight this week yet. I know I shouldn't be weighing myself at home, I should just rely on the official one in the meeting.
