I didn't want to see it but did on Wednesday and it was actually really good lol. Def need to start tracking hun can encompass the treats you need but will make you make wiser choices x

I know lovely and I'm going to get my things out tonight and try tracking see if I can motivate myself anymore x

Excellent :) I decided on defrosting a vegetable curry to have with rice and naan. Nice and easy. Gonna try celeriac chips too x

Your so prepared!!! I'm not! That's the key!! I need to dedicate some time to putting the effort in x

It's only because I understand that if I'm not prepared that's what leads me to a binge etc. I need to be in control and have started over the last year cooking extras and putting in freezer etc so that if and when I have those lazy days I have a backup plan x

Yes that's a good idea. It's cos I've been so stressed out with my son not sleeping that at night it's taking me between 3-4 hours some nights to get him to sleep and then I'm too knackered to come and do any planning or get organised as all I want to do is sleep cos I'm shattered. It also means that I'm struggling to get any household chores done too which leaves me behind, plus working. These aren't excuses I know only I can change this and I'm using food to comfort me just explaining why x

Yeah I know how you feel my kids have never been good sleepers. It makes everything so much harder I know. You just have to find a way to make it work. There will always be a Reason why losing weight is difficult x
 
True, just not had the energy or motivation to get organised. I'm on my own a lot and it's been draining. Sleep is all I need x
 
Hey your going to be very impressed with my organising skills! I have put a stew in the slow cooker with lots of carrots. Going to have it with some new potatoes, roasted parsnips and Yorkshire puds and leeks and cabbage x

I'm going on Hol in oct so id just like to get 2 stone off first. Need to organise and that's started today. I'm going to give me card to hubby and then I can't buy junk just the food I've made x
