Yeah salad doesn't carry me through either. I need to eat little and often makes it easier. I have a salad for lunch most days but have a wrap with it or maybe some pasta.
Tonight was haddock on roasted gives which was gorgeous. Tomorrows lunch is chicken and bacon salad with wrap. Home made soup and I'll be taking some fruit to graze on through day. Tea tomorrow is Salmon, probably with pasta and cream cheese. Yum. Then I'm out Tuesday with girls so either harvester or nandos I think x
