Well your going to be super impressed! Not only have I eaten well and tracked my points I have prepared my lunch and dinner x

Well I've had stew today and I made sure I did a few extra potatoes and veg and that's for my tea. How many points do you think? One large new pot.

Then for dinner ham salad I think. I get hungry though! Special k for Brekky!

200g new potato is 4pp and that's probably eight reasonable size new potatoes for me? Maybe slightly less so I'd say two should more than cover it.

Yeah salad doesn't carry me through either. I need to eat little and often makes it easier. I have a salad for lunch most days but have a wrap with it or maybe some pasta.

Tonight was haddock on roasted gives which was gorgeous. Tomorrows lunch is chicken and bacon salad with wrap. Home made soup and I'll be taking some fruit to graze on through day. Tea tomorrow is Salmon, probably with pasta and cream cheese. Yum. Then I'm out Tuesday with girls so either harvester or nandos I think x

I have just got home to toad in the hole, house sparkling clean, kids in bed. A bunch of roses!!!! Too many points for the toad in hole but couldn't say refuse it after he had gone to so much trouble x
 
Yeah am really pleased :) Am not so fussed about the numbers at the moment - it's more about the lifestyle. As long as they're not going up anyway lol x

Brilliant!! I've not spent a penny at work and taken all my food!! That's a big step! Lol x

Yes and although I gave gone over my points cos of the meal hubby cooked. It's been bloody marvellous. No stress! Just in bed sifting through the next VIP sale to see what I can buy my boys for our him 10 week!! X

Satsuma x2 - 0
X2 buns - 6
Crisps - 4

Pasta low fat meal 9

33 for food. Then hubby cooked toad in the hole with veg and gravy! 20 points at least!!

Day 2 of the new tracking me!!

X1 brown bread = 3

Ham salad (carved ham but weighed out on my scales) 5
Salad 0
Pizza express light dressing 1
I'm thinking of having a jacket potato with it as I'm working till 9. So I have brought my Ww scales to work so I can have one from the cafe!!! Plain with my salad!!! Now ladies that is organised!! Are you liking???!!!! Hehe x
