vadey said:I've just started tracking correctly and doing it correctly so going to try and not dip into them. I started yester being good and my weigh in is fri. I want to try and just have extra on fri night as we have friends over x

I have found a old tracker out so going to write in that to keep me focused. It's the end of the week and I need to go shipping as have hardly any food in. This keeps me on track x
