Totally not worth it at all!!! I was rushing and didn't get to the shops so that's what I had in my car! Thought it be about 4!!!!!!! Positive though I've had the night from hell at work and it crossed my mind to go to McDonald's as I pass it! I didn't though!! Still really cross!!! X

Ive gone over my points but didn't have the McDonald's! I had a jacket potatoe today and that wasnt very big but cost me loads of points! Maybe only have them occasionally x

I've just started tracking correctly and doing it correctly so going to try and not dip into them. I started yester being good and my weigh in is fri. I want to try and just have extra on fri night as we have friends over x

Ouch to mugshot! That's one thing that surprises me when I compare with sw how many points some free bits are! Well done for resisting mcd too. You soon be slim at this rate. How much you got to lose? X

I have 4 stone to lose or get in a 14! I'm 16-18 at the min!

Poached egg - 2
Marg 1!!
Milk 1

Fab! Then went to a meeting and it went belly up!

Oh bloody hell!! Had a hell day and I've left myself down by comfort eating. I even knew I was doing it! New day Tom.

Bad habits are like a comfy bed on a cold day. Easy to slip into and hard to get out of. We get there just gotta keep fighting. X

I have found a old tracker out so going to write in that to keep me focused. It's the end of the week and I need to go shipping as have hardly any food in. This keeps me on track x
