Ah ok lol. I had chicken salad with a wrap and some sweet chilli sauce. Also, earlier, home made butternut squash soup and sf jelly with blueberries. Having salmon pasta for tea I think. Def salmon just a question of what goes with it lol. X

Yum!!! I've just had a right good tea!
Salad which was a whooping 17 points!
Normal salad- leaves, toms, cucumber, spring onion
Chicken and a bit of skin =4
Sweet corn= 2
New potatoes=2
Coleslaw=3
Dressing=1
Chorizo and red onion=1
X2 rivetas = 2
Egg = 2
It was yum! A huge amount though for a salad! Just shows all those added extras!
