Dance the positive spin..
Sorry folks! Had a difficult week and have been remiss on here and neglected you all shamefully... SORRY! I know I'm way behind on everyone's threads so altho I will try catch up, I probly won't comment on past stuff, but try keep up to date from hereon in...
Food-wise! Tried to get on track Monday but fell-off good style late in day! However been back on it since Tuesday and was 5.5lb down from the 7lb of hen weekend gain this morning, so happy with that! I can't remember exactly but think I was still 1 or 1.5lb up from anniversary weekend before I hit Belfast so still maybe 2-3lb to go till back at 'happy' weight'. Was supposed to do official WI on WII today but didn't - will do 2moro and get accurate figures refreshed in my head (and on here).
Menu today (been pretty much the same since Tuesday with just slight variations in lunchtime meals - apart from the Magnum and snack a jacks! That was today's sun snack while sizzling on patio pmsl x
B: porridge and blueberries
L: sweet potato, ham, chicken, biiiiig salad
D: maintenance whip and strawberries
S: satsuma, Magnum ice cream, snack a jacks
1132 cals - will no doubt have a hot choc at bedtime, so that'd be another 35cal. Also should have more fruit but not in the mood today (I know it's not like me!).
Oooh just remembered im due-on on Tuesday so forgive in advance the excesses to come before then lol.
