Vanilla Shakes

Hi all i have been reading the threads. Have a query. I find the shakr too thick. Is it ok if i add extra water to make it liquidy. Also want to know. Is it ok to add coffee powder to the CD shakes. R we allowed to do so. Wont it effect the shake in any way

It's either 3 packs or 2 packs and a bar....... total calories 600 so yes, comparible to every other VLCD including Lipotrim and far tastier
