Breakfast - 2 cups of tea with soya milk and sugar (eeks, forgot to take my sweeteners out with me today!!!!) 3 1/2 syns & Part HEA
Lunch- Tomato & herb pasta n sauce with grated cheese HEA
Afternoon - Alpen light, chocolate and orange 1/2 HEB
Dinner- Linda M red onion and Rosemary sausages with buttery smash and baked beans
Total syns - 3 1/2
