Very Hungry Caterpillar turns butterfly! (mostly green and extra easy)

Aw yeah I know what that's like but at least you kept track so you can still be on plan!

Breakfast: A banana and an egg
Lunch: Butternut squash soup and a piece of bread (HE-B-1)
Snacks: Quorn pieces, A glass of skimmed milk (HE-A-1)
Dinner: Pasta and vegetable sauce with 25g cheddar (HE-A-2)
Dessert: White magnum (12 syns)

Today we went to the beach in Wales, we were supposed to be going away for a week to the south coast but it got cancelled last minute! Had a really lovely day though! I did eat a bit too much because we had fish & chips for tea and lunch on the go

Dinner: Fish & chips and a few pieces of scampi (32.5 syns)

So... 44.5 syns today- eek!

Lunch: Wholemeal muffin (HE-B-2) with extra light philadelphia (HE-A-2)
Snack: Cafe- Half a piece of tiffin (9 syns) & a diet coke
Dinner: Pastitsio (quorn bolognese & cinammon mixture with pasta shapes topped with bechamel sauce) and salad

Today is another green day and I've had almost exactly the same as yesterday.

Dinner: Left over pastitsio from last night (not sure of syns!) with salad
Dessert: A crepe with syrup (9 syns ish?)

Oh dear! I've not been good this summer. I guess today was extra easy and we went to the beach again so I forgot to stick to plan!

Breakfast: Egg on wholemeal toast (HE-B)
Lunch: Chicken wrap (6 syns)
Snacks: Wispa (9 syns), chocolate biscuits (6 syns), WW loops (3 syns)
Dinner: Sea bass with vegetables and fry-light chips
(24 syns?)

Well done for last week, that's fabulous! I think after a loss a lot of people get a bit more relaxed about things!

I think I'm getting back into E.D. territory a bit- yesterday I ate 3 dougnuts, 3 chocolate bars, a piece of cheesecake, an eclair, some fudge and chocolate buttons and then ran for 2 hours which I know is not normal!

Today was okay-ish

Green:
Breakfast: French toast (HE-B-1) with syrup (2 syns)
Lunch: A wholemeal muffin (HE-B-2)
Dinner: Quorn fillet and fry-light chips with baked beans (free)
Dessert: 2x highlights (4 syns) and a couple of apples

Thanks lovely, how did you do? I was relieved to stay the same cos I've eaten so much this week, I think I STS because of the exercise.

Hey hun congrats on the sts but be careful don't over do it and make your self poorly !!
I gained a lb but that's ok I'm fine with that x

Thank you, I'll try to be more sensible!That's good that it wasn't much of a gain and I saw on your food diary that you weighed yourself in the evening this time- which can make the difference of 3 or 4lbs so you may have really lost weight this week.

Hope you've had a good day today, you must be exhausted with the long hours!

I went shopping today trying to look for a cute swimming costume,but no luck !! Got a cute one for Sophie though :)
