Lunch: Couscous or baked potato with cheese (HE-A-2) and vegetables or soup
Snack: Highlights
Dinner: Pasta with salad
Dessert: Curly wurly

My uncle died in the night so I'm thinking of having today off-plan, I don't feel like eating just now anyway x

Lunch: Cheese sandwich (HE-B-1 & 2 for bread and also HE-A2 for 25g cheddar)

I had so much to eat yesterday, think I gobbled down 2840 calories mostly from binging.

Things are quite stressful just now- my gran keeps thinking there are people in the house who aren't there due to her dementia and being a bit angry, my dog keeps collapsing and I feel a bit concerned about the funeral next week.

Green Day
Breakfast: Coffee and a piece of toast (HE-B-1) with flora (2 syns)
Lunch: Cheese on toast (HE-A-1 & HE-B-2) and soup (2 syns)
Snack: A caramel bar (9 syns)
Dinner: 3 cauldron sausages (not sure of syns), baked beans and roast potatoes with ketchup
Exercise: Jog- 30 mins & Walk - 25 mins
Treats: 2 Mars bar ice creams, a chocolate mousse, most of a piece of cheesecake and a caramel bar

Dessert: Galaxy ripple (8.5)

Lunch: Piece of bread (HE-B-2) with cheese on top (HE-A2). Bowl of carrot soup (2 syns)
Snack: Mars ice cream
Dinner: Quorn escalope with a variety of vegetables and roast potatoes

Exercise: Jog 25 mins, probably walk for 20-30 mins later

ps. today turned out awfully- I had a mars bar and a piece of chocolate cake too!

Breakfast: A small scotch pancake (not sure of syns yet- wasn't planned- my brother cooked some!)
Lunch: Cheese on toast (HE-A & B-1)
Snack: A ripple bar (9 syns)
Dinner: Spaghetti bolognese

Then had a whole packet of popcorn with peanut butter dip and too much chocolate (over-syns!)

Extra Easy

Breakfast: Peanut butter on toast (HE-B) and a glass of skimmed milk (HE-A)
Lunch: Sardines on wholemeal pitta bread (7.5 syns)
Snacks: A banana and some tomatoes
Dinner: Sea bass with potato wedges, peas and sweetcorn
Dessert: Strawberries & meringue

I might also have a chocolate bar because I ran in the pouring rain for 45 minutes (was so horrible!!) and walked for 35 mins so probably burnt about 350 calories

I'm missing group again tonight. Things are stressful at home- my golden retriever looks like she might have to be put down and we're getting things sorted for my uncle's funeral. Luckily I think I've maintained for the past fortnight which I'm relieved about as I've been overeating.

Extra Easy
Breakfast: Peanut butter (need to look up syns) on toast (HE-B)
Lunch: An egg, carrot soup (2 syns) and a banana
Dinner: Quorn spaghetti bolognese with salad
Snack: Mars bar
Exercise: 25 min run, will walk for 30ish later

Bit of a binge: caramel bar, 25g chocolate & an ice cream- oh well!

(About 1650-1800 calories)

Lunch: Egg or cheese salad. Soup. A banana
Snack: Wotsits
Dinner: Half a 9 inch Pizza Express pizza
Dessert: Mars ice cream

Exercise: hopefully 45-50 min jog
Cals: 1350
 
Aw thanks babybuffy! yeah I'm happy to have maintained so far, I may have put on half a pound over the fortnight- I'm not sure. I'd love to get back on track tomorrow!

Today I ate a whole 135g bar of galaxy caramel, some ice cream and 2 mars ice creams during a binge. I'll try to get control over my eating in the morning :)

I'm okay thank you! how are you? I went totally off plan for a few days- one day I had a big indian take-away and 4 chocolate bars!
Have you been on plan/had a good week? I stuck to a low calorie intake yesterday and I'll try to get back onto plan tomorrow.

Nice to see you back I'm good have had an ok week I think but can never tell until you get on them scales !!
