Hey all. still on my stupid netbook (thanks Luna). Still not well, both ears blocked and ringing and painful. oh well off to work.
Have been so bad with food this weekend but hey ho not overly concerned. Back on track today have plenty of atkins snacks for when i THINK i need that evil nicotine monster.
Had nice weekend, crem was sad but lovely card off bros ex gf even mr t was in tears. Probably have overdone the alcohol when i shouldnt but hey ho!

B - hot cereal
L - chicken salad, cucumber mayo
D - omelette with bacon and cheese and salad and bac
S - cheese, sausages, pork scratchings
A - yes probably wine
ex - keep my mind of evils
