Morning all. Mega busy trying to catch up at work and only after one day off! back to pre weekend weight this morning oops to the shots. and oops to not remembering getting home from the neighbours sat night. Didnt get car till yesterday - ill bring it in tomorrow or thursday way too many buttons lol.
Had a major sobbing breakdown yesterday when i got back from my old place after cleaning it. Took dogs for a walk got lost and just got home and sobbed. Talk about stressful moving! and all without cigarettes
B - hot cereal
L - prawn and salmon salad with tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, edamame and wasabi dip and mayo
D - blacksticks blue goats cheese and chorizo omelette with salad and cheesy coleslaw
S - dont know yet but have so much atkins good stuff will see this afternoon
A - possibly cos Geordie shore starts tonight!!!!
ex - dog walk if the weather holds out (will drag tickle with me this time so we can get lost together)
