morning all Im still here! not as windy this morning but driving home last night was scary!

B - oat bran flakes and skimmed milk
L - coriander and lime chicken fillets with stir fry and sweet and sour sauce.
D - salmon fillet with phil and mushrooms and roast med veg fried in coconut oil
S - activia
W - yes lots and black coffees
ex - see how the wind is dont want a tree falling on my head
a - nope

tickles up to something for my birthday i think..bugs the h*ll out of me LOL x
oh and 3lbs down from yesterday so 2lbs to posted LOL x
