Holiday was nice and relaxing thanks. Back to only 3lbs over from when I left but I'm now on a missiong to lose 11 lbs before July and a further 7 for end September :) will go shopping Sunday and plan it all out :) have a great dat everyone xxxx
 
I can't believe you need to lose 18lbs... you'll be a waif of a thing... I've seen pics and you look great.

I don't Pog I used to but find the avocado is enough. :)
 
I love avocados. I went to check on my two in the fridge - one was completely dead but the other was just right. Had it on toast, yum! x

I've not eaten avocado in years (it must be on my over fattening list, unlike choc and cake lol).

How do you cook your bulgur and quinoa? I've bought packets of each but haven't ventured into actually cooking them!
