The squat and ab challenge is great I'm on day 21 of the ab and what a diferenxe. Will start the squats next week probably x
 
Morning all. PT for me this afternoon ! Not aching so much....yet!
Really tired though couldn't sleep last night getting uonib min to start on housework !
 
Oh really. Did you find it hard to get into? I hate ab work of any kind lol but as you say, no pain no gain!
I might give the ab one a try. That's my massive problem zone, esp after having Roo :0(

Hahahaha your so bossy but I luv ya. Ok so when I can't walk it's all your fault ok!
Tonight then. Day one. I've done sit ups on the plate before and they really hurt 2 days later. Can't squat on it as the board isn't wide enough to place my feet.

Think the challenge js really easy day one. Lol it's good to be bossy makes you do it. I've done 140 crunches 55 leg raises 90 sit ups and 85s plank. Got pt now too :) x
 
Squats don't need a rug Lisa!!! Omg pt was hard work but great!! I'll hurt tomorrow x

It's all worth the pain babe. I just wish you were closer, I need a fitness buddy to slap me into shape lol

I'll be happy at ten stone I hope. Never be a size ten bottom. No I've had two jobs since you were on Here. Love my job now it's brilliant x having treat day today been out with mum this morning lunch out and now getting a pizza takeaway and a couple of g and t s :)
 
Mmmmmmm pizza! I've never tried g&t.
You'll be 10st before you know it. I think our bodies def change shape as we get older lol.
