Ha, excuser!!! ;) I'm one to talk, me and swim suits do not mix at all....dread it! x I can do it on a beach with a sarong or a nice tan and a good lie down! ;) But standing up and walking to the pool with everything wobbling and dragging my bottom behind me...Lord God...the thoughts of it x


Have you not seen the size of jlos and beyonce bootys? and they are so sexy and you have a face better then any of them!

lol wannabee thats great! ... when i first met my OH he told me he liked a curvy woman! somone "motherly" ~LOL~ i have no clue what he actually ment but to me i took it to mean nice hips curvy and big boobs! ya know for motherly stuff! LOL
 
Well today I have eaten FAAAAAAAAAAR too much and its left me with that horrible bloated feeling, you know when u feel the need to drink lots of water...or is that just me..?

BUT i am pleased to say I think I now have my WW point counting head back! Really feel ready to start counting again from tomorrow, got back the motivation I've been lacking the past few weeks! :D

Went swimming today but the pool was once again mobbed with people who werent swimming!

Not as bad as last time!!!

Well just finished my 3rd 13.5hr shift in a row and I'm a bit pooped from it. I ache
:( Dont eat much when I'm at work but eat a load of cr@p when I get home :sigh:

I stayed the same this week so I must be working off what I eat at work cos I'm so busy all day.

Hope everyone is well, I'm just gonna catch up on the posts xxx
 
Well, I was going to say I was jealous that you're off work till Friday but then I saw your shift pattern and I've changed my mind!

Good luck for a better loss next week - could you replace the things you snack on for lower point versions of the same thing? Might help x

Thank-You! I know I have to start maybe taking WW bars etc into work with me rather than snacking on the mountain of chocolates we get bought for us.

Its looking a miserable day today :(

Okay I have to keep updating this, no wonder I've been going off track.

Still doing the mix of Slimfast with WWs if that makes sense. The SF shakes are handy while I'm at work and I quite like some of them.

So far today I have had 5.5points, going to have another SF soon which will take me to 9. Think I will have home made curry for dinner tonight. Yum :D

Its a horrible day today, I should really go to the gym...


Ohh durrr. Meant to say I now have a GOAL! I'm meeting up with some uni friends in October who I havent seen for over a year.

Want to get to 9 and a half stone by then so here begins my 8 WEEK CHALLENGE!

1lb a week, I can do it!!! xxx
