Thanks for asking Lucia. Still in pain with the back doc is sending me for MRI scan as she is worried at my age me getting pain so often in my back. She has signed me off for another 2 weeks but I'm hoping to be back sooner than that! X

Errrmm I know there is a syns section and I've done a search and used the SW site but for the life of me can't work out the syns I had for tea.

hey ladies- hope you're all ok :)

ive had not much time to myself lately and just been in a grump....i have been scale hopping something chronic the last 2 weeks which does not help!!!! weigh in tomorrow- i have stuck to plan just had a few more syns than usual.....not feeling very positive at all!!! i wanted 2lb off this week for target- i think the target badge will be eluding me for another week! if i dont get it this week im going to give myself a "sod it" evening and get back on it....because i've been good- been 100% for 2 weeks and probably dont have much to show for it- compared to my usual results...


sods law is i'm getting my first ever plateau with only 2lb to target! argh!

anyhoo- time for bed for moi- lots to do tomorrow

Good luck Tuesday ladies. I'm now on overtime tomorrow due to sickness. My next weigh in will be next Thursday now due to work and other arrangements. This week and weekend is all looking good though to stay on track right up until weds when I'm going with my friend to her wedding dress fitting and then dinner out. I might see if I can sneak off weds morning and go to another group but depends on how work goes.

Errm so I need some help. With the SW online syns calculator, if say the ready meal I have has more than on free food in it.. How do I work that one out? Apologies if I'm being thick!

Work keeping u well busy then Kath. Good plans for staying on track too :)

With the online calculator u go with whichever is the highest free value so which ever appears first on the ingredients list. X

Just got back from WI and just 1 off I wasn't expecting much as my scales at home hasn't moved all week. I am disappointed tho as I have had a 100% week again. All I can think is with still being off work and mot moving much its effecting my loss :(

Thanks Jo and well done on the pound, it's still in the right direction so don't be down.

Do you exercise much? I find I do better when I cut the carbs and do more walking and cycling etc.

Yes work is mental for me at the mo, we are a manager down and expected to fend for ourselves when people go sick etc
