Hanging ones head in shame after partying and emotionally drinking. 2.5lbs on :-(

Body magic, minimal booze and weighing things accurately is the order of the week to claw it back! :)

Weigh in in the morning and feeling miserable.
One day off plan on Wednesday as was away then found it difficult on Thursday to get back.
Then today in work I ate 1000 calories of chocolate.
Actually, I've counted and checked.
50 syns.
So disappointed in myself.

I lost 4lbs tonight, I am well chuffed with that, what with the week I have had ....that means I have lost half of my new target now all I have to do is lose the rest before 6th October lol xxx:hug99:xxx

Morning everyone ive decided im not going to class anymore the alternate weigh ins were getting me down :( so ive changed to a saturday wi and this morning my start date i am down 4lbs!! So most ov the gain nearly gone yeah!!! :) :)
Sorry if this messes the table up pp and if u want just leave me the same till next week and i will update then xx

So thrilled.

Bought a pedometer for myself on Friday too so starting this week I'm gonna start trying to up my normal steps.
I know I do less than 1000 a day right now. Eek.
Here fully that will help. And going back to Zumba in wed.

Have a funeral to go to on Monday though.
My wonderful, amazing Aunt.
Must keep a wrap on the emotional eating then.
