K I think either a flat bread with veg or 2 weetabix with my last 4pp im feeling v hungry so need something filling.

Cant believe how dead im feeling after the gym tonight at one stage during class I taught I was gona faint. It's amazing how quickly you can lose your fitness levels

Anyone have any advice. ...I got to goal but then went on a 2week hol. I feel like iv put on a bit. Im not gona up my dailies until next week but do you think I should still use half my ap or just use my 26 dailies and 49weekies this week??

Id probably say 26 Dailies plus 49 Weeklies? I bet u won't have put on as much as u think tho especially with a week back on track before WI.x

I wouldn't use ap I personally never do. Just see how you get on with daily and weekly first keep them for emergency only x
 
I was told by my leader to use half my ap and it works for me but I think you are right girls maybe just stick with the basics and then next week go back to normal.
I feel like I have put on about half a stone. I actually ate and drank for 2weeks earned no ap whatsoever woops oh well I enjoyed it and now it's time to knuckle down again
Hopefully tomorrow I won't be as hungry I stayed on track today which is a major plus.

Ooooohhh it was so good

Today went well food wise. Had my usual breakfast and lunch. Then I had a boiled egg 2pp and a rice cake 1pp before I went running. Did a 5k run after work. I was very proud of myself cuz it was raining and I still went whoop whoop im officially back in the game hehe
Had spag bol 10pp for dins and have 4pp left for after.
Missed going to the meeting tonight I enjoy chatting to everyone but sure next tues il go and see what the damage is

17lbs is amazing! So between us we lost 39lbs! OMG! How are u doing today Sweetie? PS-Im WW for Life too! X
