dance central hasn't happened yet either. kids still out playing so i had a lovely shower and pamper session instead. do i get activity points for rubbing in a ton of body butter?

it is 24 degs in my lounge and just done the 20 min zumba express, couldn't manage any longer than that in this temp! an ice cold budweiser would be great but resisting :sigh:

Well I weighed myself just there- this is around about the time I get weighed on a wed.

After putting on 1lb for no apparent reason last week it's looking like a 2lb loss perhaps more by wed??

I am a serial weigher but I find it helps me

Hers are normally very similar and it's inspired me to keep going

Tough week- you know you were good yet you put on- any other time I'd of thrown in the towel but im proud of myself

Maybe this will be my last time losing weight!

Oh and another teacher said to me today about how much weight I've lost happy happy happy
