2nd weigh in tonight 1.5lb off so grand total of 7.5lb in 2 weeks, quite chuffed with that. This week I'm aiming for 3lb, I didn't go to the gym at ALL this week *shameful*
Well... I went back to group and as expected had a big gain after not going to group since Jan...BUT I'm feeling sooo determined and I WILL be back at target soon. Well done to everyone that lost, heres to an amazing week ahead xxxx
