2.6lbs lost for week 8. Also measured myself for the 1st time in 4 weeks.. 5 inches off in total off my waist & hips and I have a 29in waist for the first time in 3 years
1.4lbs off for me. I'd have loved it to be more but had 3 days of eating protein and salad without weighing a thing so I'm pretty pleased that I've lost something.
