I'll follow it too Vix. Well done to everyone who has weighed in this week so far.
I weigh in in the morning. I so, so want to lose 2lbs to gain my first stone loss but I lost 5.5lbs last week so I have a feeling that I won't have a loss this week. I've been on track all week except for a blowout last Friday. Fingers crossed.

Should be happy with that but can't help feeling a bit disappointed. I've had far more treats on previous weeks and lost more! Trying to work out what's different this week-looking back over my diary I can see that I've exercised more this week, and on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday I only had 25 or 26 points. Maybe I should start making sure I have at least 29 every day? Trouble is I don't like just eating for the sake of it. Another thing could be because now I'm in the ideal weight section by bmi ( got 5.5 lbs left til goal) maybe the weight is going to come off a lot more slowly now.
I don't want to appear ungrateful, as I am happy that I am still losing, would appreciate any feedback

Need help..

Cooked pasta for my lunch last night (for today)

but don't know how to point it!

I weighed 50g dried organic fusili.

When i weighed it after i cooked it, it was 100g???

How many points would it be then?

So confused..i know one of you guys will help :D

You point it from the dried weight hun. Dried pasta is 1pp per 10g. The reason it weighs more after is because it absorbs water, but you don't need to worry about the after weight, just the before.
 
A 5lb loss is absolutely fantastic Carly - well done!
 
Can someone update me please. I am down 1lb today. Afraid I didn't get the 2lb loss I was hoping for so will be waiting until next week to get the first stone off.

Thanks for updating Carly. I can't always get onto the computer (mostly because my phone is *just there* and I'm lazy) and its hard keeping up with everyone without Yes.
