1lb down for me too this week. Bit disappointed. Going to start using some weeklies this week and see what that does. Maybe I'm just a lb a week girl.

And does anyone know how many pps in fried egg and toast?

Normal sliced bread, 1 egg. no sure about spread (its from cafe) going for a smaller friday breakfast at work :)

On a side note, a poached egg would work out lower points. And tastes even better if you ask me.
 
I've never tried a poached egg lol...might try that next friday :D

They are cooked in water, so not greasy at all, and no points for oil. They are really similar to a fried egg, the yolk can be runny or cooked through. You just have to check that the white is cooked properly or else its snotty. They are lovely though. I almost never have fried eggs now. X

My goal for July believe it or not was 11.5lbs which was ridiculous! Can I have 5lbs please? WI day is Wednesday :) 5lbs gets me to 12.13.5! (if I get 6 I get my stone!)

Hi everyone!!!!!


I hope you have all missed me as much as I have missed you.......but at the moment I am not back 100% so I am going to have to rely on Anj and Lauren to keep the weekly loss up dated......hope they are adding each week separately not just at the end lol as we want to see who lost the most one week in this month too!

Where have I been? I am in the middle of a surprise move! Will explain more on my diary, but today is move day!!

I lost 2.5 llb last week and doubt I will have a loss this week as been bad .....

I have missed you all and hoped you have been all been staying on track as I will be back soon to kick your butts if you haven't haha. PLEASE keep up the good work xxxx

Hey all,

I STS this week :( Lost another 1/2 inch off of all measurements though.

I know it's good but I want to see the digits on the scales go down :(
