Weekly weigh-in thread

STS for me this week. Have to stop the weekend cheating :)

You need a strategy to get you through the weekends Marysu. I confess to drinking at weekends but I made damn sure I counted the carbs and was super strict on my eating. If I hadn't I suspect I'd have been losing the same couple of pounds each week love.
 
-4lbs!!! Not bad for 1/2 a week! Now I know this works :D I can't believe how I've just got straight back into it!:D:D:D

Thanks Ditz. I've got to go to make a couple of people's hair look nice now, then a great day......my niece is 17 today so we are off to see Sex and The City 2 then lunch. Perfect!! She always wants to go to Frankie & Benny's & it used to make me panic, because I didn't know what to eat. I'm fine today because I'll chose anti pasta meats :D

This plan is great, I love the choices :D

PS I'm slowly working through your 'journey', I'll get to the present day soon, lol xx

yeah looked at the other diet looks very confusing to me i have 2 lbs to loose loving the atkins eating more than ever, playing with some naughty foods see how they effect me.
 
Lol. Im fed up. Only lost a lb in a week so thinking its back to low fat low carb for me. That seems to be the diet my body likes the most. Its very much like dukan so will stay over there but following that to the letter really isnt good for me.
 
Great week for many of you well done!! I've gained a kilo which is my own fault as I've only got back with the plan 2 days ago. I went to a party last Sunday and decided to give myself a treat and cheat a little, but the cheat lasted 5 days! I find it difficult to keep away from the sweets and cakes my OH leaves around the place - when I'm not focussed. I also have to have more protein around for those tempting moments.

i like to have sliced cheese for those moments or a piece of ham, or a pringle 1 card each
 
i put on 1lb this week but that was due to the over indulgent weekend, (wine vodka and a maccies breakfast) and then a yorkshire pudding and too many begs on thurs night at the carvery..

back to being strict this week :D
