Jonsgirl I know how you are feeling but dont give up keep going, try going back to basics and carb count everything!
I find if i dont eat the full amount I lose little or nothing.

jonsgirl. are you exercising? if so, you could be turning your fat to muscle, which in turn burns more calories but weighs more than fat, and if your not try some light exercise to try and boost the losses.....
3rd weigh in today... lost a pound... Oh well... it's still in the right direction! Maybe got a little too confident - and could have stuck closer to it? Hmmm...
