that aint for bad for wine and pizza and gin hon!!!! plus it is the middle of the day you should have weighed yourself this morning ;)

You are allowed you have been through a pants time. You are back on the atkins wobbly wheeled wagon (in my case it is ;) ) and that and more will come off next week x

And yes I will do a morning WI from now on :) Am trying a "taste sensation" as we speak - made chilli mince, then added some mayo just to bind it together, and I rather like it :)

A minor blip - don't worry about it Susie - and your mince sounds yummy - I have mince out for tea tonight, might give it a whirl!
 
mmmm Sus - i used to always add mayo to spag bol sauce and i was thinking of adding it to the chilli but then my head said automatically no i cant have that! but I can!!! see all those years of low fat curdle your brain! im putting some in mine tonight ;)
 
Hmmm,

I never thought of using mayo in chilli and stuff, I'll have to give that a try.

I like my Chilli's Bren, once I've dished out the curry or chilli whatever for both of us, I chop and an extra 3 or 4 chilli's into mine. :D

Sometimes, Colleen claims her lips are burning after I've kissed her. LOL.

Oooooooooooooo Susie - tried a teaspoon of mayo in my chilli/curried mince stuff - and it definitely adds a jeunesaycrois lol
 
OK, I'm convinced. I'm going to give that a go.
 
I take it you add the mayo after it's all cooked? just stir it in before serving
