Well done Kerry! That's brilliant in just a few days!

Taz, STS is good, but I feel sorry for you if you were being really good this week - I was awful last weekend, so totally deserved to gain if anything. Hope next week is double loss for you then!

thats the million dollar question jim for me i think the key lays in the combination of low carbing and exercise both in a sensible ammount liek today making my uaul 3 days mince mix adding a few kidney beans and tomatoes just to up the carbs going to be rolar coaster but i will win !
 
What works for me Andy is to only have the one carby item a day, usually at lunchtime. so chips or bread or pasta or rice etc, no combination of the above on any given day.
 
somes a bit like my plan jim one of the things that kept me at the weight for so many years is allways working shifts so to damn easy to get home from work and through a big tray of chips in the oven with some cheap breaded product :-( while in shower also love baked goods witha sweet tooth meant if i brought a 2 or 3 pack of cakes i felt it was my duty to eat them all ! also being single is not good for the waist line as well as most things come in protions for two which i ate ! so keeping up the home cooking as well will be good may even teach mysefl to cook properly jame oliver watch out here i come

Andy - Congratulations - brilliant achievement, you must be very pleased :D

Oh and somehow, folks - I have lost this week - not trying, not doing anything different particularly, maybe a bit less cream and not much cheese apart from my omelettes - so a 2lb loss for me :D
 
I had fish for every dinner & I can eat two courses, but I can never fit in a pudding. A bit of luck there. I didn't bother with bread or pasta in case it triggered my IBS & I couldn't face that!

A lot of wine was consumed thought, far, far too much, lol :)
