Good going on sticking to your 15 syns I always find it hard sticking to plan when going to the seaside. Morning everyone!

Off out today with my mum for lunch and some shopping ~ didn't get last week with not being well so really looking forward to going today. Still haven't got the suitcases down from the loft to see what I need but I have it down on my list of things to do for the weekend. Feeling very positive at the moment ~ still on track so hoping to get that 1lb off come Friday.

Had a lovely time at the party, my SIL made a roast dinner so had only to syn my gravy (gave my hubby the yorkshire pud!). Thank goodness for EE! Oh and had to syn half a piece of the choc orange cheesecake, it was delish!

Been doing my pilates and going to start back to gym tomorrow. Its 3 weeks today to my holiday!

I had a lovely day thanks Gemma. Yes I seem to do EE everyday though I had one red day this week. It makes life much easier especially if eating out. xx

WI tomorrow and hoping for 1lb off, more would be nice but I have been eating out and having some naughties though they have been synned. Had a lovely lunch yesterday (chicken,ham and pineapple potato bake and lots of salad) so going to make that over the weekend. Bought a few bits and pieces for hols. My hubby has brought the suitcases down so looking forward to having a nosey.

Have stew in the slow cooker for dinner and planning on doing some weights later. It's another EE day! xx

I'm enjoying it, even tho i did it before (about 8 years ago) i still cant beleive how much you can eat!!

So WI today and I have lost 2lbs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! VERY happy with that considering I had a lot on during the week *does a little dance*.

4lbs to target, not sure that is possible before my hols but I can but try! I have been doing pilates for 30mins everyday and have started the gym again. Other than the kids staying over tonight another quiet weekend is planned but I am feeling much better for this one. Hope everyone has a lovely weekend xx
 
wow Mary, 2lbs is great!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are doing so well and so close to target now! Hopefully you'll lose a couple more pounds before you go away as you're so motivated at the moment. Well done hun:)

Had last night off plan as my lovely hubby cooked me a delish meal (which other than the sauce was all free on EE) and had bought me my fave wine so I couldn't be rude and not have any so ended up having half a bottle! We watched TV and a DVD and pigged out on doritos and salsa dip and I had a few sweets ~ back to it to-day though, 5 days before WI.

Plan for today is housework, pilates, treadmill and weights and then visiting my cousin tonight. Just hope I can muster up the energy, that was my first drink in 3 weeks and I feel really drained today ~ my hubby and I have made a pact that we are not having any drink to our hols now, this will help me on my diet ~ it's not so much the drink it's the munchies you get with it!
