Hmmm haven't been so good Sunday or Monday so back to it today ~ I mean it's only 2weeks to my hols and I should be totally 100%. A lot on today so hopefully get back here later xx

Two weeks Mary - wow hun, we'll miss you but it seems to have been a long time coming and you have worked so hard so you deserve a lovely break. Take care. xx

Had a 100% day yesterday and hoping for another 2 before Friday. Made the chicken and leek pie from the EE book for dinner last night which was scrummy, tonight I am making the kheema curry for my mum and me. Off to-day and tomorrow ~ shopping and lunch with my mum today and then my hubby and I are going shopping for hols stuff tomorrow, looking forward to both days but I must be good!! Still doing 30mins pilates everyday and have started exercising again, hopefully this will help!
 
Morning Mary, Just back and catching up with everyone, congratulations on your 2lb loss hun, great going! I can't believe its only 2 weeks to your hols, I bet you can't wait!

What do you think to the pilates hun? I've never done it. Is it a dvd you have? Do you think it is making a difference?
Lots of questions, sorry! I have a davina dvd which I must get out. I'm thinking I want to tone up my tummy and bum so I have less "floppy" bits!! Wonder if pilates may help??

Thanks everyone ~ Jay I have a book and pilates dvd, tbh I find the dvd a bit boring, I used to go to classes so have a rough idea of some of the exercises, in my opinion they really do tone you up. Mind you I didn't do mine today!

Well had a fanastic day shopping with my hubby, got a lot of stuff for hols including a great pair of shoes (just love shoes!), some tops from Matalan and RIsland and a pair of jeans, waterfall cardi, skirt and pair of jeans out of Primark for £1 each ~ gotta love Primark! Both tops were a size 10 but a biggish 10.

Had a bad day SW wise ~ went out for our tea and I can't seem to stop eating! Was really good yesterday, (made the Kheema curry out of the EE book) and then I go and spoil it by being bad today so not looking forward to WI tomorrow.

I can sympathise about the eating out- i went out for a curry but ate some things i shouldn't, oops!
Hope wi goes ok as you have had some great days too and you're exercising alot.
 
Morning mary, don't worry about coming off plan, you had a fab day out shopping, just draw that old line . I love days like that , glad you got some good bargains. I can't wait until i fit into river island jeans and primark stuff. I get all the kids jammies from primark in the winter. They are fleecy ones and they are only £3, they wash and dry brilliant. Hope you have a good day today xx
 
So, so cross with myself ~ 2lbs back on again but I do deserve it what with the bank holiday weekend and then yesterday but hey I have 12 days to pull it back so my goal for hols is to lose this 2lbs and go away my lightest weight in years. I didn't make target though :(

Thing is I do feel slimmer, maybe it's the exercise. I am a woman with a mission today and it's 100% for me until hols.

Morning Mary, never worry hun, if you are feeling slimmer then that is all that matters, weight is only a number. Anyway with all your exercise you will be building muscle tone which may give you an inital increase.

And don't be too hard on yourself as long as you had a lovely weekend and enjoyed yourself then it doesn't matter at all. I'm planning on a naughty weekend this weekend - which will involve me and a tub of ben and jerrys with a dvd, the sofa and Jon! I do also plan a couple mile walk but I know what I am lokking forward to the most!!!!

Think positive- you are slimmer than you have been for ages and you deserve to feel good! You're going to have a fab holiday in your size 10's. Have a good weekend hun:)

ah, don't fret too much about the gain hun - I'm on for one again this week after all I've eaten at friends this weekend!!
It's such a fab feeling going away slim - enjoy it, you've worked hard for it. xx
