Did my wii fit and some jogging on it too which I usually hate but really enjoyed... weird!
And I had a little go on the biggest loser game aswell, its really good! Definitely got me sweating but there was abit too much chat in it and breaks after every couple of exercises that you can't skip. Haven't figured out a way to select individual exercises if you even can. I'm hoping I can select specific ones as some of them I can't do in my front room.
Best thing about it though its the box fit routines, really enjoyed the punching exercises, b/f looked worried. Hahaha

Burnt over 200 cals but can't remember how much, all helps though! Was going to have a go on step later but will see how I feel, just had a nice bath so don't want to get too hot and sweaty.

Was going to have a soup but its too hot so might have a shake with some ice instead or a mousse.

Hope you are all enjoying your weekend!

Ooh sounds fun!! I sold my wii as the old games were so rubbish but these options sound way Better may have to re invest! X

They're not perfect but they're alot cheaper than a kinect and they work for me, they're as intense as you want to make 'em.

Not feeling great today, diet wise I'm fine health wise I'm abit concerned.

I've had red marks on my face for over a week or so and they only seem to be getting worse. Thought it might be my face wipes - changed them, thought it might be my soap - changed it, I've tried different moisturisers and its still the same. Washed it with normal water and left it as it is, still the same but dryer.

Can't be reaction to food because I haven't eaten any...
Not allergic to anything either as far as I know.

Also some other *ahem* private issue that's been bothering me, putting off going to the docs because its quite an intimate area and I'm very uncomfortable with that stuff... though I know I have to deal with it.

I've attached pics of my face, it looks kinda spotty but its not spots just redness.

Doesn't look too major hun could be so so many things but definitely see the doc as you've already examined the obvious... And ahh seeing a doc about private stuff I hate dealing with anything to do with that if i am talking about right area lol - Buts it's gotta be done!!!

Aye, the pics don't show it too well but its VERY red, stupid phone ¬_¬

I will make an app for both things, with the female nurse preferably.

Yes worrying and questioning is the worst - and worse still is if you start googling possible diagnoses!!! X

I always end up doing that, and I'm a bit of a hypochondriac as it is. Every symptom seems to lead to cancer which then leads to me having a major panic attack!
Was actually just googling some stuff now haha

Annnnd my docs have no appointments this week, fantastic.

i think it is quite common for your skin to flare up because the diet is essentially detoxing, but you should still get it looked at and treated if it needs it. my husband has had a horrible rash on his arm for a while because he didn't go straight to the doctors and it really took hold.

also, unrelated to the diet, but i have a tendency to allergic dermatitis generally in reaction to detergent and have had issues with a skin flare-up in an intimate area. i started washing undies and any tight trousers/jeans without softener and it totally cleared up. sadly i still have to separate my washing but obv. worth it.

Yeah possibly! I've done SS before but not for as long as I have this time without having a meal out for an occasion so maybe that's why! Fingers crossed it is the diet and it will clear up and leave my skin radiant!

Was thinking maybe something to do with my bed pillow covers as I can't see anywhere else I would rest my cheeks! I'll wash 'em tonight and see it if it makes a difference. x

might it be something in the slim and save?

my friend gets a reaction like that to dairy - which would be a PITA on this diet, so hope it's not that!

Was thinking S&S but haven't had any for a few days, never had reaction to dairy either thankfully.
Its not causing me any pain so I can live with it.

Got app for next tuesday with docs, still getting pains in my sides though humm...

Hey hunni, can I just deviate from all this diet talk for a second......

I remember (or at least, I think I remember) you had posted something about wanting to go to some big cat sanctuary for a day trip thingy? Does that sound familiar?

I figured, because you're an animal person that you might be able to help me. I'm looking for inspiration for my sisters 30th in June. I know its early, but I like to have a plan!

I'm debating between getting her a "keeper for a day" experience, but I cant decide between the safari park or the zoo. Which do you think would be better?

Keeper for a Day

Yep thats me, the animal lover!

Safari park would be pretty awesome! Does she have a fav animal? You could make sure whichever you choose has that animal there aswell.
Looking at both they both look pretty good. The safari one doesn't give you a list of activitys but it does you a list of some animals, giraffes, elephants, lemurs, meerkats and lions that the activitys could involve.
The full experience day though gives you a full itinerary so you will know whether your sister will like it or not, only thing that puts me off with that one is handling the creepy crawlies, eeeeeeeeeeee lol. Also with that one you and you family could go along for less than a tenner each and see her helping out which would be really nice! And she will get a certificate, lunch & a tshirt, but it does cost abit more!

I think I saw a thing on lastminute.com for tiger tea where you get a tour & pass of the zoo for the day aswell as lunch in a glass room looking out on the tigers, if you think she would like that.

Good luck, I'm sure she will love whatever you choose!

Cheers Krissy! :D

Yeah, I think the Zoo one would be better. I mean, she gets to lead the penguins!!! What more can anyone ask for?! lol! If I wasnt so skint just now, I'd get that for my mums birthday on the 31st of this month. But alas, I am poor. :(
