Hey everyone, weekend was really nice but got back on plan as of monday!
Only managed 2 shakes yesterday and a packet of peanuts, got really busy with sorting out wedding stuff and didn't have my second shake til 10pm then bed shortly after.
Hoping to minimise the damage of the weekend by weigh in, to see a gain is the last thing I need now...
Anyway hope you guys are doing ok, off to check up on diarys now...
