Weight watcher/calories counting/think thin diet.

I normally wait an hour. Just until that full feeling goes, you'll know pretty quickly if you havent waited long enough :p

Thank you. How has your day been? you resisted pancakes? I had the worlds smallest pancake with a teaspoon of Nutella on haha hardly seems worth it but it tasted soo good ?
 
Im at my parents, and my mum seems to be making a big thing of it as the family is all together and this is rare. I decided to have one shake, have a very small dinner and that way I will allow myself one pancake. Quite happy with that decision. Sensible and keeps the peace lol
 
We're getting good at this moderation malarkey! Once upon a time I would of sat and eaten a whole stack! Haha 2stone challenge will not allow it x
 
well i kept to my plan and I still feel like a massive fatty and am a bit grossed out by myself! lol Im sure my head will get there eventually. It doesnt help that Ive had no time to exercise today, I think that would make me feel loads better. I would do a kettlebell workout by I still havent got my presentation sorted for tmrw. argggghhh.

I cant give you a kick up the bum but I can give you this

Even when I have a good day I feel like a fatty! I don't think I'll stop feeling like one ever haha
I kicked my own bum into gear and I did it. It was harder then the first time I did it- thought it was suppose to get easier haha!x

Well I think you have loads of adrenaline the first time you do it. So the second time will be harder plus you will have achee from the first time!

Just did my presentation and now feel all wobbly from the adrenaline from that lol going to thrash it out in the gym!

Yay the presentation is over!! How'd it go?

Today for the umpteenth time I tried fruit (I dislike all fruit) went to morrisons to get the salad bar for my lunch and noticed they had a fruit bar so thought it give it a go- melon, grapes, mangos, strawberry, apple. Tried it all and still eugh! What is wrong with me?!? I keep trying to eat it but still eugh!!x
 
It went okay. I managed to fake quite a lot of confidence and make a lot of eye contact.

I did get pulled up on my finances tho. Annoying, sort of misunderstood the guidelines but its not the end of the world.

Done now tho and thats all I care about lol

My brother is the same. His whole life hes never eaten fruit or anything with it in or its flavour. What is it that you don't like? Taste? Texture? Cold? Slimey?

I don't like how it's watery, I think that's why. And texture, I'm the same with tomatoes, like the taste of tomatoes but the textures a no no. Eugh x
 
Okay. So lent is upon us so I have decided to give up biscuits. I thought about bread but then I don't eat that very often, then I thought about chocolate and then realised that would be crazy! So biscuits it is- it's something I will miss but it's not going to cause me to binge like I would if I didn't eat chocolate.
Hopefully this will help my weight loss x
 
I think texture is a massive issue for a lot of people! Im the same with bananas and kiwi. Eugh. lol

Thats a good idea! I really want to give something up too but I dont really eat a lot of one thing?! lol I would say takeaway food, but I had one at 3am so Ive already broken it lol wooops!

I wish you could order healthy food in cos I am hungry and no food in and I'm having a pj day so I don't want to go out ;)
 
I have eaten loads tonight. Think it's because I aren't spending valentines with my boyfriend- I had a count on us meal then ate chocolate after chocolate!! Bugger! And it's weigh in tomorrow.

I'm in bed in my pj's reading the world war book my Boyf got me for valentines (I asked for it haha, most girls ask for flowers but after doing the topic in school I wanted to learn more about ww2)

Let's hope my binge hasn't undone my hard work this week x
 
Wi this morning, lost 1.5 lbs :D I think- due to shitty scales that seems like the likeliest answer. They also weighed me at 13st 5 and 13st 3.5 but as I was 13- 9.5 last week I must be 13-8 x
