Weight watchers - thursday weigh ins

Stayed the same this week.
Feeling a little disheartened as I was on plan this week as usual and even upped my exercise.
But hey ho, nothing I can do about it now.
Just gotta keep on it so I don't start gaining.

2.5lb off this week for e hoping for 1.5lb next week to reach my 5% x
 
Another 2lb lost today got to my 5% and only 1.5lb till I've lost my first stone :)
 
1 off today little disappointing but on the up side lost inches everywhere! :)
 
Really upset this week 1/2 on but to be fair no running as was poorly last week and things not really moving as the should :-/
Still going for my treat tho as haven't cheated at all, all week :'-(
 
Have another 3 of yay so happy. That's 19lbs in 8 weeks. 2lbs more and I get my 10% goal. That's my aim for next week. Now for a cuppa and a dipped flake few crackers and Philly and back to the diet in the morning :)

Good until this week was up 1.5 and very disappointed, i was good and started exercising but hopefully will get massive loss next week to make up for it :/ down 2 stone 3.5 total :)

Yeah, don't worry about the gain.
I had upped my exercise last week when I got a gain and it caught up with me this week.
So I'm sure yours will too.

Omg feeling a tad nervous about weigh in. And class isn until 6.00pm over ate a few days but I hope I've brought it back with my being good from Sunday. Hoping for 2lb to get my 10% but if I lose a pound ill will have 1.5 stone of in 9 weeks.
 
Least it's not a gain Helen I lost 1lb bit peeved cos only needed 1.5lb till I lost my first stone :-( but here's to next week

Guys I'm really worried just about to head off to weigh in but now been 2 weeks since proper poo
And a shocking week means I really think I've put on about half a stone :-(
