Oops... had a gain this week.
But I don't care because I was expecting to have put on about 5lbs after binging at the weekend for my birthday.
On Saturday I had 2 slices of birthday cake, 3 scones with jam and butter, and then went out for a chinese meal with my friends and boyfriend.
My boyfriend doesn't really like chinese so I had my soup and then his soup. Then I had my starter and half of his starter. Then my main course.
And after that, went back to my friend's house for cake and I ate 5 fairy cakes.
And that's just the stuff I remember eating that day.
I was also massively off plan thursday & friday as well, so to have only put on half a pound, I was so pleased.
Being strict Sunday-Wednesday really paid off =D
So yeah... it's a gain, but a gain I don't care about.
Could've been so much worse and I'll have it off again by next week =)
