Oops... had a gain this week.
But I don't care because I was expecting to have put on about 5lbs after binging at the weekend for my birthday.
On Saturday I had 2 slices of birthday cake, 3 scones with jam and butter, and then went out for a chinese meal with my friends and boyfriend.
My boyfriend doesn't really like chinese so I had my soup and then his soup. Then I had my starter and half of his starter. Then my main course.
And after that, went back to my friend's house for cake and I ate 5 fairy cakes.
And that's just the stuff I remember eating that day.

I was also massively off plan thursday & friday as well, so to have only put on half a pound, I was so pleased.
Being strict Sunday-Wednesday really paid off =D

So yeah... it's a gain, but a gain I don't care about.
Could've been so much worse and I'll have it off again by next week =)
 
Put on 2lbs this week

But stupidly forgot it was Thursday and weigh in so had eaten and drunk about a litre of drink before dashing down to WI
oh well onwards and upwards or hopefully downwards lol

It's only optimistic if you think it's not going to happen.
Think positively, track every meal, every snack, every lick of a lollipop haha.
Exercise if you can, even if it's just walking - it's recommended to do 150 minutes a week.
30 minutes a day over 5 days, or even (less than) 22 minutes a day over the entire week.
You can do it.
20.5lbs in 11 weeks isn't even 2lbs a week.
2lbs is the average/recommended healthy weight loss rate, and you don't even have to lose that each week to get to your goal.

And break it up into tiny goals - You've already got your 5% - aim for your 10%, aim for your next silver 7.
You are doing brilliantly!!
Keep it up.

I think some of them can be found on the WW website, but not everyone thinks of looking there.

Would say gutted but expected this week is anniversaries of my granddad passing last year and my dads 23 years ago
I've not tried I've not even tracked I just been so low :-(

Sorry to hear about your down week.
But I'm sure they wouldn't want you feeling too sad about it and would love for you to feel brilliant in yourself by losing weight.
You've had a gain, you knew it was coming, so now it's time to start again.
You can do it.
You've lost so much already.
Halfway there.
You're doing brilliantly!!

Thanks didn't really think of it like that seems like a lot until you break it down, I am going to set myself small goals and will step up up my walking too and exercise more x Yes I tried quite a few of them the last one I did was the brownies with raspberries xx

2lbs off for me too and thats into the ten stone bracket and my third stone off smashed.

i did just under 2 stone in 11 wks and that included a 10 day holiday in france (i lost 4lbs) so it's very acheivable if you want it enough :))), as elfy says set small goals and don't think if the whole amount to go, i have two jars in my kitchen one with lbs to lose and one with lbs lost written in big felt pen each time i lose a full lb i transfer a glass bead but you can use stones from garden it doesnt matter. when i started it and saw the full jar i was like :eek: but slowly as each bead went into the other jar and then overtook it it was fab seeing it everyday, this pic is older as my 'to lose jar' only has 6 beads in it now :D 1372925023672.jpg
 
That is a great idea! I am going to do that today :). It is really important for me to lose the weight not just for my up and coming wedding but so I can another round of ivf which I hope to start in December. Today I am kicking it up a notch and I WILL lose this weight. Thanks for your help ladies xxx P.s You have done amazing!! xx

I had a couple of plus weeks but one was odd and the other I just gave up
It's ok I'm back on it even tho today and Saturday were anniversaries of losing my dad( today) and my grandad ( Saturday) I'm trying to keep busy and exersize a bit more
So hoping for at least a loss this Thursday :)

Yay 3 lb off for me this week

1.5lbs off this week so I've hit my 2.5stone lost.
Good result there, but not such a good result as I'm supposed to be maintaining.
But it's only my 3rd week so it's still mainly trial and error.
