What are we eating today?

Two rashers of bacon spread with red pesto, snack packet of beef jerky and large decaff coffee with whipped cream topping, chicken mayo with mustard, two egg yolks with garlic mayo, two egg whites with peanut butter, 100ml single cream with half teaspoon cocoa and powdered sweetener.
 
Hartleys sugar free jelly, you can eat as much as you want, sorry i other people have mentioned it.

Ive just had chicken stuffed with garlic, chilli, onion & mushrrom and chopped with a little cheese. And savoy cabbage at the side.

L - 3 sausages, onions, 2 eggs
T - Pork steak fried in cajun spices with mixed salad

Need to get more veg in tomorrow. xx
 
evening all,
brekkie; lc pancakes , 1 egg and 2 rashers bacon
lunch; garlic king prawns with ceasar salad and jelly mouse
dinner; salmon , broccoli and asparagus and s/f jelly and whipped cream
snacks; some baked gammon and 2 mini baby bells
decaf coffe and cream

Sukie, are your pancakes the cream cheese and egg ones or do you use something in particular? I have some sugar free maple syrup that I'm dying to try out.

Anyway, my food for today is planned as:
B - some pecans (not feeling well so wanted something light and quick)
L - will be salad with cardini dressing and wensleydale cheese
D - will be quorn and mushroom bolognaise

brekki , 1gramme low carb cinnamon bar from atkins (i know i shouldnt but needed something before my 6 mile run)

2 eggs. 2 bacon,2lc sausages.
lunch/snack; some sausage , sml pack pork scratchings (the non goey ones :0)
dinner;will be roast chicken with some ceasar salad and maybe some garlic mushrooms after salsa.

Okay today I carbed up today (so I can go back to the almost no carbs again for 4 more days until Sunday) so I won't put what I ate here as this is the low carb section...let me just say I ate loads of vegetables this evening,(mostly non starchy though), some gammon ham, and also had a scrummy pud this avo at a carvery lunch...
 
Today:

B: Lamb Chops LOL
L: Bacon and Cheese Sarnies made with flax muffins *YUM*
D: Scrambled eggs with cheese.
