B: on the run -1 sausage, couple of small chunks of cheese (i had more, but the aircon is broke in the office and it turned to rubber, FAST! bleurgh)
L: last nights chicken, salad and mayo
D:cauliflower cheese made with philly, cream and cheese (but the cream sauce split in the oven so wasnt that nice. with bacon sprinkles on top.. nom nom
plenty of water...feel like a bloody fish! lol
BUT - *drum roll please* had a sneaky peak at the scales (boots, i dont have any at home) and i have apparently lost 8lb, this is less than a week and i am 4lb heavier than i was in july last year!!!
