I had to 2 burgers and salad for my tea too.
I made my own burgers and made a topping for them with garlic, half a small red onion and chopped a small tomato up fried it all in butter til soft then added a tablespoon of cream cheese, spooned over my burgers and put a rasher of bacon on top of each! mmmmmm It was so delish!!
I had a fry up for breakfast, but didnt eat lunch, I keep forgetting to eat lunch because I never get hungry between breakfast and tea! Is that normal on this diet?
Just had those burgers and they were divine - I shall be making them again. Unfortunately I disappeared before reading the threads about frying them so they got grilled! I should imagine they would be more moist if I fried them. Reckon I got enough fat in my cheese and cream sauce though Definitely one to try!
kerry yes, you do get a loss of apetite. ive learned to eat when im hungry!
ok guys....today is my moms birthday so we went out for lunch,
I ate NO chips, rics, noodles.
i had.....
Chicken & sweetcorn soup
yuk sung
shredded beef, duck, pork, chicken, all small portions (ie 4/5 lumps of meat) 2 plates of..they are small plates ok!!!! lol
and ice cream,
a handful of scratchings for brekkie and that massive lunch so no dinner...
i could have done a lot worse so am pleased with myself so back strictly on the wagon tomorrow!
B: left over roast Chicken and fried eggs and spinach. The chicken is finished now thank God.
