What are we eating today?

From experience i dont think the strips are always correct, not unless you have the taste in your mouth too and constant weeing

Decisions decisions. What to have today? I might try some celeriac chips and have them with some curry and kale for dinner. Ive just realised i havent had breakfast yet so will provably be brunch today. Now what shall i have?

they are not as filling as a cooked brekie but if your not hungry or dont like eating in the mornings they are good.
you could try left overs from the day before.
 
I dont always cook enough and if i do then its lunch or dinner the next day. That or to have at work. Think i might order some bars but im sure Jim said something about people stalling on them and hidden carbs

Yes you must have brekkie Cheryl. I darent try the bars as ill end up eating the lot in one go and ive always needed proper breakfast.

Dont you like poached eggs, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon made with cream, mim toast???
 
I've had an Atkins bar every night this week, but I've stopped them now. They upset my tummy :( & I think they may be slowing my loss down.

Tonight I cooking pork chops, big fat ones, celeriac chips & a huge flat mushroom each topped with stilton.
Heaven :D
 
I did try one but it was during my stall so cant really say. I love poached eggs but like to have something to go with it, i dont like fish or seafood. I might try again Jim, atkins are sending me a free one so will see. Ive been keeping a mim as my treat in the evening if i have enough carbs left. Maybe tomorrow i'll have something left over from tonight and just make lots extra.

Brunch=oopsie toastie (again)
S=small bag of porkies
D=Not sure, curry, cheeseburger pie or chilli. Will have whatever with kale and a slice of onion mixed into it. Or do i have celeriac chips? Decisions to be made and i cant. All i know is im having a delish mim for pud with a cream topping not sure if vanilla or choco yet though
