Wednesday
B: 3 egg omelette with cheese
L: Small steak and mushrooms
D: Chicken wraps with mushroom cream sauce and broccoli
* breast of chicken stuffed with cream cheese, wrapped in thin sliced ham
Liquids - water, 2 diet cokes (I know... my bad... but it's my only vice left!)
Thursday:
B- 2 fried eggs and 1/2 mattesons sausage
L - 2 pieces overcooked chicken thighs (doh! I forgot it in the oven!!) Tasted yucky.
D - Was going to eat the rest of the thighs but they are going to the cats... maybe some fish?
Exercise - my car is in the shop, so walked for 45 minutes x 2 for the school run each day
On Tuesday I cheated with a piece of chocolate cake from my daughter's birthday - it tasted so good, but it triggered huge cravings that I was still working off yesterday (hence I ate more). I gave the rest of the cake to my neighbour as I felt like I couldn't trust myself to stay away from it. It felt good to get it out of the house!
