What are we eating today?

lol Jim love it :D i know exaclty what you are going to say!

Flutter what about flax porridge love x

Ah great idea will try it tomorrow! I guess it would be ok for induction as long as I didn't have any other flaxseed (ie the MIM). Hows your prep going for re-starting Atkins? x

Bad Kitty, bad Kitty! No rice or naan then, and that's my final offer. :)

Oh no seriously, don't do it, it'll knock you out of ketosis, and that would make you sad. :(

I usually have tandoori mixed grill and salad, no rice, bombay pots or naan :) It's the bottle of plonk that does me in, but they've started making sure there's a cork so I can take it home lol.

Went for the curry option Stephen :D and it was the best and easiest one I have ever made. Cut the chicken into bits and put 1/4 jar Pataks madras paste in and mixed well, put in fridge for a couple of hours while I walked the dog. Chopped a bunch of spring onions, fried in olive oil with a shake or two of dried chillis, added the chicken and fried for 10 mins or so, then added a tin of chopped toms and qtr tin of water then put the lid on and cooked for about 15 to 20 mins, stirring occasionally. Served mine over finely chopped cauli and added a small dribble of double cream on top and hers was with real rice and no cream. It was par exellence :D whatever that means but it sounds good lol.

E - 1 hour 40 mins walk with dogbert - really good walk, we both enjoyed it, he ate cow poo and I didn't lol
W/A - not 2 litres yet, but probably over half a bottle of wine, a few coffees and now starting with a voddy and coke zero

ooooooo bugger DD - are you getting a new one? can you cook on the hob - fried chops instead? or has the whole thing gone bust?

that reminds me, the missus has insisted we replace our kitchen (and yes it does need it but i have been resisting cos i hate spending money if something will "do for now") so I will be without a kitchen for a week later this month, wtf am I going to do for cooking - slow cooker and microwave are going to have to earn their keep!

Morneeeeeng! Head not as bad as I imagined it would be - vodka obviously doesn't give me as big a hangover as red wine. Rolled in at 2am after an excellent night. :beer8: Ate a lot more than I had planned to, but it was cheese and olives and nothing too carby, so hopefully I've got away with it. Sunday's my weigh-in day and I've STS this week, prolly lucky to do so. Not a good start to the October challenge though it was worth it!

No idea what 'll be eating today as we're visiting three different relatives who are considerate enough to live in the same town today. Might start with a coffee though. ;)
