What are we eating today?

Morning

B - bacon and eggs
L - left over chilli mince and lettuce - will have with a little bit of cheese and pretend it's a taco :)
D - Mattesons and salad
W - 2 litres
E - yes, going for a walk
A - G&T later maybe
 
Morning all,

Woke up this morning, was hungry but the thought of anything just made me want to be sick. Forced some eggs down me though even though every mouthful made me want to hurl!

B- egg omelette
L- probably chicken salad
D- the same!

Off to the cinema tonight and it'll be weird not getting a either a jumbo bag of sweet popcorn or some ice cream. I'll need to remember my cheese sticks! :)
 
B - duck egg and fried bacon
L - corned beef fried egg and celariac chips
D - roast chicken and greens
S - remains to be seen

W - doing well so far
E - cleaned the house through
A - no on a night shift

First try of celeriac chips today - I like!!
 
yesterday was a good day apart from the 4 glasses of wine.......(say no more)

today...well it is 14:53 and only now am i eating a 4 egg omlette with mattesons sausage and cheese and a bit of bbq sauce.

dont know what to have for dinner tonight, but im sire there will be wine involved...

ive had no water today but have had 1 cup of coffee.....

i hate weekends. i dont eat and never drink water :(

D: Mackerel with cauli mash

W: lots (fizzy with lemon juice v. nice)
E: 1 hour of walking
A: Shiraz -v- OU studying hmmm it's looking good for the Shiraz...
 
Evening All
Sat 8/1 - Maint (eventually when the crimbo gain goes)
B - usual flaxmeal porridge and cream
L - Morrisons "The Best Chipolatas" 0.5g each x 6 plus 2 poached eggs and broccoli for dipping :)
D - Roast pork and savoy cabbage with butter and a little wholegrain mustard
S - Thorntons turkish delight bar

W - 1.5 litres but loads of coffee
E - walked to Matalan and back, up hill and down dale
A - the rest of the dry white from last night, probably a whisky for bed later

Update on alcohol - I'm splitting a very very nice bottle of red with OH. And I don't feel one bit bad, so there! :p
 
:silly: Oops! Forgot how a couple of drinks is more than enough on induction!

L - MiM, lovely, dont know if I can have on induction
S - fillet steak, cream,boursin, mushroom sauce. 6 chips!!!! ooops.

W - not enough

Balls. I caved in and had ben and jerry's ice cream at the pictures. I didn't even enjoy it. Hope it doesn't mess me up for weigh in tomorrow or knock me out of ketosis.

My stomach is making weird noises, I guess it's not used to dealing with such a high level of carb?
No point in dwelling on it though. Back to normal tomorrow!

Not very well organised today. Having a rummage in the fridge in a minute for breakfast.

E - yes, going to do a mile walk - first proper one since the fall
W - trying for Vicky's challenge and going for 3! 1 down already :)
