What are we eating today?

Cheers! Good idea there, I really like saag paneer. I like tandoori chicken but also really like a bit of sauce as well. I was wondering about a madras - something with a bit of a kick! Are there any main ingredients to watch out for in the sauce?

Haha you sound like a recovering curry-holic! I wish there were more low carb curry houses!

L - chicken salad
D - Mattesons and fried eggs (need something quick, took 90 mins to get home)
W - 1 litre - must do better

I should have started earlier in the week but lack of funds shot that in the foot. Anyhow done a basic shop is this ok for induction tomorrow

B - Sugar free jelly
L - Cheese and ham salad (well lettuce leaves and a bit of cucumber) with a small dollop of mayo
D - either 3 bacon, 1 sausage and egg or a tuna mayo salad

any good?
 
Michael - can you direct me to some info on polyols and GI please? I need a reason to stop these crappy sweeties!

Whoever asked about their menu (sorry, in a rush) watch red peppers and tomatoes on induction - they're carby. Otherwise things are looking good! :)

B - two fried eggs
L - corned beef, mim, pate
D - roast lamb, usual green veg
S - two caramels, 10 brazils, more mim with pate AND cheese AND chilli sauce for supper - deeeelish :)
W - gallons
E - 0
A - 0

Will catch up properly tomorrow - Tues and Weds always mad days for me - I never get enough time to read anything here.
 
Jaxmummy - your menu looks fine, is sugar free jelly going to fill you up until lunch though? Protein is very filling so maybe try adding a boiled egg or a mini cheese as a mid morning snack?

L: The Carby Cafe today.
D: Scallops and bacon lardons in garlic butter with scallions. Steamed Pak Choi and spinach.
