B - usual flax porridge and cream
S - off to Trafford Centre - taking one of my muffins and 2 sossies for snacks in case I get peckish in between times.
L - Nandos - half a chicken, medium, roasted portobello mushroom, grilled halloumi
D- nowt, ate at Nando's mid afternoon and had my muffin with a coffee about 5.30 so not been hungry really.
E - walking round Trafford Centre - I have my fit flops on too! 11500 steps lol
W - will be a struggle (paying for water at the prices they charge lol) - but managed at least 2 litres poss more, plus lots of coffee
A - probably - but will try not to go mad - 2/3 bottle red and 2 large voddies tonight
