B: Left over meat loaf and some fried spinach and eggs.
L: The Carby Cafe.
D: It's Friday :D

Friday weigh in: = -6! Now getting the 'you're losing it too fast!' comments

Well done James mate, yes I had some snidey comments at times
 
B - 2 fried eggs
L - corned beef and onion with mayo
D - burger with jalapeno cheese on and celeriac chips and some curry mayo to dunk
S - maybe?
a - omg yes yes yes G and Ts all round
W - yes until i start to the alcohol
ex - 15m stepper am/25 min Jillian pm and dog walk if weather ever clears up!

woop well done james - how are you doing it (you stolen the fairy?)

B - usual flax porridge and cream
S - off to Trafford Centre - taking one of my muffins and 2 sossies for snacks in case I get peckish in between times.
L - Nandos - half a chicken, medium, roasted portobello mushroom, grilled halloumi
D- nowt, ate at Nando's mid afternoon and had my muffin with a coffee about 5.30 so not been hungry really.

E - walking round Trafford Centre - I have my fit flops on too! 11500 steps lol
W - will be a struggle (paying for water at the prices they charge lol) - but managed at least 2 litres poss more, plus lots of coffee
A - probably - but will try not to go mad - 2/3 bottle red and 2 large voddies tonight

B- none today..was feeling a bit yucky when i woke up.
L- leftover chesseburger pie and lettuce
d- tandoori chicken, cauli rice , sour cream
s- nothing planned but have the usual suspects in fridge if i need them
w- 4 litres is the plan
a- none today... had a few too many g&ts last night and felt it this morning!
e- eeuurrrgghhh ...not today!

L - mim with pate, goat's cheese, chilli sauce
D - two sossies, huge bowl s/f jelly and cream
S - couple of s/f toffees (so yummy) will have lots of salad later as I've done no veg yet today - thank goodness Jim isn't here until Monday :eek:
W - plenny
E - 8.2m run - very slow due to breathing issues today, but I did it anyway
A - yup, and plenty of it

Hi jules - er i think i managed about a week - definitely not the 2 :D
 
I did 9 weeks on a crappo VLCD with no alcohol, but did alcohol from the first week on Atkins. You're right to follow the plan though Jules. :)
 
Im trying v v hard but am struggling today!! not with the food,, just body image i think,, Dont feel as though im losing anything but don't want to get weighed till weigh in day ( Mon )!!!

Keep strong petal. If you're doing proper induction then you WILL lose weight. Simples!
