Today as follows:
Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs and 1 protein isolate drink made with 250ml unsweetened organic soya milk and sweetner.
Lunch: chicken cesear salad with crutons swapped for speck ham
Dinner: steamed cod with garlic butter, steamed spinach and cauli cheese.
Water: Apprx 3 litres
Exercise: 90 minutes yoga
No snacks today, but may pick up some salami from waitrose for on the way home to up my calorie intake as it is quite low.
