B: left over meat loaf and some fried onions.
L: I'll go to the Cafe as usual.
D: Something with prawns, maybe a curry if we have cauli in for the rice.
Well you could either use cream, parsley, little onion, dash lemon juice, S&P, little water to thin it out, OR you could go to Morrisons and buy a pouch of Colmans, it is 3.8g per 100ml but I only intend on using a couple of spoonfuls, probably about 1 ish carbs worth.
Guess I could have just made it myself really, seemed like a good idea at the time, LOL.
The best I have found is the schwartz hollandaise pouch (these are the ready made ones not the powder ones you mix up) it is 0.4g per 100g, you can use that to make eggs benadict aswell.
Colmans also do a nice cracked peppercorn creamy sauce which I think is also about 3.3 per 100ml.
STS does mean stayed the same, it is better than putting on though, eh?
B: Left over prawn curry and caulirice.
L: I'm meeting Colleen up town for lunch.
D: Roast Duck breast from Lidl with steamed spring cabbage and spinach.
