i have a water bottle by the side of the bed but it's usually for when i'm trying to sleep. or if i have a restless night. otherwise i wake up desperate for the loo, or worse, repeatedly dreaming about going for a wee...

Don't envy you Jim, I've had 3 root canals, but then again I hate the dentist and always seem to have a horror story to tell at the end of it...I don't think they like me either...lol...Good luck...

Morning all

08:30 2 cups of tea, just started 1st mug of green tea

Funny but I don't feel a thing today, Saturday my mouth was very sore, but by yesterday it had gone.
